General Description
- Represents the American Red Cross appropriately.
- Is commited to the American National Red Cross, it's purpose and it's beliefs.
- Upholds the policies and standards of the American Red Cross.
- Establishes and maintains liaison between individuals, agencies and organizations, and the American Red Cross offices and services. Fosters and maintains healthy internal relations, accepts individuals of different races, ages, gender, and physical/mental abilities.
Specific Description
Greeter Greet blood donors and check the donor schedule, record information on the donor record, give verbal instruction to donors.
Server Set up and serve beverages and snacks to blood donors, watch for donors experiencing problems and alert nurse, give donor pins and recognition when appropriate.
Shuttle Driver Promptly deliver packaged blood from the bloodmobile site to the St. Paul Blood Center or local airport as directed. Must be dependable, punctual, have valid Minnesota driver's license and insurance.
